Brighten up your resume in a cross-cultural setting and experience the real-world application of your studies. InterVarsity is partnering with Operation Mobilization (OM) to offer a new summer internship. Program. After an orientation in Atlanta with all summer global interns, students will fly to Hanoi, Vietnam, and be placed with a company or nonprofit in an 8-week internship aligned with their major. Flight is not included in the summer price; each student purchases separately.
While internships may or may not be with faith-based organizations, students will receive housing and mentorship from local believers. Breakfasts and weekday dinners are included with housing; lunch and weekend food are on your own.
Prayer, worship, bible study, and group reflection are built into your weekly rhythm by Zoom with other global interns and locally. Some weekend excursions will also be offered.
Make new friends, respond to the Holy Spirit's leadership overseas, and explore how your vocation intersects with God's kingdom purposes.
A stipend may be available for students who wish to fundraise.
