Borderlands

We believe that Jesus lived a radical life of love and compassion to people on the margins of society, and he calls us to do the same. The mission of Borderlands is that staff and students would leave the program having gained a Biblical perspective of social justice, contextualized to our sister cities - San Diego & Tijuana. This program is a 7 day trip where teams will live in both San Diego and Tijuana. The Borderlands program partners with college students in Mexico who are part of IFES, and together students from the US and Mexico learn about how both their countries are affected by immigration.
