Human trafficking, poverty, and racism are part of life for the Ayoré people in and around Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This program will partner with South American Mission through community outreach and a Bible-based retreat to reach young girls at risk of entering the prostitution trade. The team will also work with poor communities in church-based community development and serve alongside IFES Bolivia to engage a large public university in evangelism and Bible study.

Any student may apply, but students in the Great Lakes East region will be given preference. Spanish language skills preferred and MAC training (or its equivalent) required.

Stephanie, a former Area Director in Great Lakes East, is now serving as an urban educator teaching third grade students at a charter school on the East side of Cleveland, Ohio. Stephanie was part of the inaugural GP to Bolivia and is excited to return and partner with the people of Bolivia to see the gospel advanced.
